Head and Shoulders. For me, it works great, and if you try it and it doesn't work, try that selsum blue stuff, apparently it works, but I don't know. But when you are washing your hair, make sure you let it stay in your hair for 1-2 minutes, otherwise it doesn't really work as good, FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOTTLE. (but you don't really have to repeat, they only put that so you will use more and buy more.)
Don't use head and shoulders. it just makes things worse. use neautrogena t/gel and put it on your scalp or put on selsun blue or nizoral also on your scalp. my doctor recommended this and it works.
