Hello everyone! I just bought TRESemme anti-breakage shampoo and conditioner, and TRESemme heat tamer spray :)
It's because I have really bad hair; I straighten and blow dry my hair every morning, and I never used a heat protection serum before I straighten and blow dry, which made my hair all dry and have split-ends.
If i got myself a trim, and then I start using these products, would I get my hair looking better and healthier?

just keep getting it trimmed. every 6-8 weeks. and you don't have to shampoo it every day. to much heat daily. shampoo ever other day that will help out allotTRESemme anti-breakage shampoo and conditioner, and TRESemme heat tamer spray?
I dislike TRESemme :( It leaves my hair all tangly and not soft. I prefer Head and Shoulders :)
