Using an anti-dandruff shampoo ASWELL as a normal shampoo?

i bought some new shampoo and conditioner today which i need for my hair as its volumising. but i also need to use head and shoulders shampoo as i have a slight case of dry scalp. can i use both together or should i alternate between days?Using an anti-dandruff shampoo ASWELL as a normal shampoo?
alternate it sometimes the normal one then sometimes the anti-dandruff one because if you use to much shampoo it can cause the hair to be really dry and really hard to grip if you want it in a ponytail.Using an anti-dandruff shampoo ASWELL as a normal shampoo?
The best thing to do is use Apple Cider Vinegar. Just shampoo your hair with dandruff shampoo but also use the apple cider vinegar and your dandruff will be gone in a couple of days. You can buy it at any grocery store for a couple bucks and you just put it into a water bottle or squirt bottle and rub it into your scalp after you shower. It works really well. Or you can put two table spoons of it in water with honey and drink it- that works very well too. I have been drinking it every day for only a few days and I no longer have dandruff.


The reason this works because the Apple Cider Vinegar balances out the PH level in your body. If your PH level is wrong then you are more likely to have dandruff. (Apple Cider Vinegar also helps for fungus)
