Must i use an anti-dandruff shampoo?

when i scratch my scalp white flakes fall out, but if i don't touch it, the white flakes are not even visible as they do not cling onto my hair. Also, these flakes are more when i wake up in the morning. why is this so?Must i use an anti-dandruff shampoo?
yes. use head and shoulders. it works. the reason why there is more when you wake up is you have been laying on your head all night. and you probably moved around which loosened it up. your head was rubbing against your pillow just as your hand was. that is y there is moreMust i use an anti-dandruff shampoo?
I love how everyone assumes dandruff is the white stuff coming from your head... it can be a number of other things.





- Is your scalp just dry? Maybe you need to moisturize better, get a better conditioner.


- Product buildup... (shampoo/conditioner included) %26lt; this was my problem


- Allergy to the shampoo your using





before putting chemicals on your head for a condition you may or may not have consult your dermatologist first..
Actually dandruff is a skin disease so better if u consult a dermatologist .Using anti dandruff shampoo will not be that effective as they contain harmful chemicals .If u want u can use lemon juice or curd to wash ur hair to remove dandruff which is effective and no side affects too.its a home remedy also

Yep, you should use anti-dandruff shampoo, you have a dry scalp (obviously) and the shampoo/conditioner give it moisture.





you should get the head %26amp; shoulders 2 in 1. It works wonders.

use head and shoulder shampoo, before using the shampoo or taking bath but a SALT on your hair , and u will see the different.

you should use Pantene shampoo and conditioner and make sure you get it out all the way when you wash it
Yes, it would be best to use something like head and shoulders.. just so it goes away. So, you wont flake people away.... llol
My sister had this and she tried Head %26amp; Shoulders shampoo. It worked and it didn't happen to her again.
