why wouldn't you be able to? herbal essences is generally considered to be a mass-market/drugstore brand





as to the person who says they are watered down at target vs at a hair salon....no brand is going to do that. why would they want to compromise their reputation and brand image? think it through: if you buy a bottle of shampoo at supercuts (or where-ever you get your hair done) and then you buy a bottle of the same brand (and same variety) at Target and it is different from what you got at the salon, are you really likely to be a repeat customer of that brand at all, regardless of where it is sold?
