1 - Shampoos should be fine regardless what age you are

2 - Try not to get them in your eyes, which is the general precaution which everyone warns

3 - Using herbal shampoos are actually better and you should look into them

4 - Here's two of them that i've come across that may help - http://www.tr.im/dandruff and http://tr.im/dryscalpIs it bad for a 12 year old girl to use L'Oreal Elvive Anti-Dandruff shampoo?
There's nothing wrong with using Anti-Dandruff shampoo. I might say it might not be a good idea to use on a newborn or something, but a 12 year olds scalp isn't much different from a 20 year olds scalp age wise. There's no age requirement for shampoo lol. No it won't damage you're hair, it should do the opposite because it is intended for use of people with dry scalps so they would want to make it more moisturizing.
it has actualy been proven that anti-dandruff shampoo gives you more dandruff, so be careful sweetie.
No, it will not damage your hair. It can be very drying if your trying to treat dry scalp or dandruff

Most of the shampoos for anti-dandruff just remove flakes. I don't know if there proven to work for actually probably but my experience no it didn't work for my scalp. In fact, I had better results with Tea Tree
u shuld consult an adult as adult supervision is the best......but it seems it is not gonna damage ur hair.....
The only time that your age is really a factor when it comes to haircare is if you're under 5 (small kids need gentle stuff) or if you're a senior citizen (your hair is turning gray/white and falling out).

So no, it's not too strong for you at all.
