Anti-shed shampoo-ey stuff.....?

Does that stuff they have at the store that stops your gog from shedding work? Also, does it hurt their skin or anything? Does anyone know anything about this stuff?Anti-shed shampoo-ey stuff.....?

There are 2 decent products for this. One is called LoShed and the other is the new product called the FurMinator.


The LoShed is a combination of a spray and a shampoo that supposedly reduces shedding.


The Furminator is a shampoo and a comb that does the same.


Essentially, a good brushing on a regular basis can help reduce shedding. But in one of the dog publications, they tested the Furminator and said that it did indeed reduce shedding compared to other products IF USED ACCORDING TO DIRECTIONS!





I have short coated dogs, so this isn't much of a problem. Just stating what I have read recently on the subject.
The only thing I've ever found that works is lots of brushing. I have my doubts.
they have a shampoo called shed control, furminator makes it it works very well but not as well as daily brushing
