My 3 year old's head is stricken with lice.Have tried anti lice shampoo.please help?

i've had the same problem with my kids and tried loads of different things, i recently bought a new nit comb from the chemist called a nitbuster and believe me it really works not only does this remove the lice but gets rid of the eggs too, they tend to become immune to the lotions and shampoos. the comb has been designed by parents who have had this problem with there kids and it costs near ten pounds but believe me it is worth itMy 3 year old's head is stricken with lice.Have tried anti lice shampoo.please help?
Shave it, its cheaper and won't kill your son's scalp. It will grow backMy 3 year old's head is stricken with lice.Have tried anti lice shampoo.please help?
You may have to use the lice shampoo for several days, and you have change his linens, especially pillow cases and bleach out all combs and brushes in the house. I had the same problem when my son was in preschool. I even sprayed his mattress down with bug spray and of course aired it out in the sun....good luck!
boy or girl?? if a boy shave his head!

get a nitty gritty comb from chemist to use these are excellent!! use lyclear from chemist, and comb with nit comb EVERY day!!!!

Head Lice Treatment

I've had the same problem with my children. I use Prioderm on their hair then let it dry naturally then the next day I shampoo it out and smother their hair in conditioner and go through it with the Nitty Gritty comb (I got mine for 10 pounds from Boots) it really is the best thing I've EVER used and gets rid of all the nits AND eggs. You know how sometimes their hair are still covered with eggs even though you've gone through it thoroughly? Well this comb really does get them out and they look like they've got a new head of hair!! I swear by it and it's worth every penny.
Try diffrent brands and use a fine lice comb. put the shampoo on and run this through until there in no more lice visable then wash off, make sure she wears her hair up for pre school/school. to prevent yur child form re-catching them =] once you have got rid of the lice buy a tee tree oil spray for hair, it acts as a detterend =] xx
..i haved experiences having a lice in hair..

..here in the Philippines, we used coconut milk and put it in the hair that has full of lice..

..then we scrub the hair using white towel..

..after that, we comb it using ';suyod'; or a fine comb that has small teeth..

..i hope it works in you..
Most younger kids go through the lice problem till they r about 11 i think

when they r little their hair is so thin so the lice have an easier time getting through the hair

as they get older their hair gets thicker and the lice have a harder time traveling through it

every time ur child goes over 2 a friends house or on a playdate, o even at daycare, check his or her hair

i dont have a remedy 4 this, sorry

i dont really deal with this, i dont have a kid cause im only 14

o ya, a little quick fix(that usually works) that my sister used 2 do 2 my hair and my neaices and nefues hair was 2 put olive oil in the hair let it sit 4 about a 30 minutes, longer if u want 2, the olive oil suficates the lice and they begin 2 crawl 2 the top, and it helps loosen the eggs

(any kind of oil will do)

also, flea bombing ur house right after u treat ur child

if u have pets, they get lice 2, flea treat them

wash and dry all ur blankets and pillow cases, dry twice if comforter

get lice, flea, ect(all the same bottle) spray and spray on funiture if not flea bombed

make sure u wash all his or her clothes

wash stuffed animals a few times 2 kill lice

or put the stuffed animals in garbage bags 4 a month and the lice will sufficate

I know its a lot but i hope i helped,

GOOD LUCK!!!!!
