Hi,
When I was a child and had this problem, we found the only thing that would work is to get the knit comb, put the shampoo on, then leave lots of conditioner on the hair, then go through with the comb! Also short hair is much easier to look after!
ThanksMy 3 year old's head is stricken with lice.Have tried anti loce shampoo.please help?
baby oil will smoother them out
So you did the right thing just remeber to use it again 2 weeks later cause the shampoos can't generally kill the eggs of the lice.
DONT WASH THE HAIR
lice like to live in a clean environment
use some vegetable oil and just soak your childs hair with it
the oil will stop the lice from breathing and they will die
then removing dead lice is the only problem
or you could just shave your childs head
P.S. make sure you clean everything that may have come in contact with the lice
bedstuffs, toys, clothing etc...
use Orange medic !
Olive oil in the bath then comb them out. they hate dirty hair and the oil slows them down and the eggs come off the hair.
You can try to rub his/her head with lime. Hopefully this is going to work. However, he/she will feel a bit scratchy.
