and if you massage almonde oil into your hair and leave it for an hour or two then wash your hair with head and shoulders shampoo then conditioner. Keep doing this everytime you wash your hair.

Nizoral...its really anti-fungal that causes most of cases of dandruff.. and you can also try to moisturize your scalp because extreme dryness of the scalp also is one cause for flaking (dandruff), you can apply oil, preferably virgin coconut oil before you go to bed at night.
